CPA Certification or equivalent strong Corporate Financial applications
experience
5-7 years of Oracle Financials Application
Other preferred experience in Oracle Projects Suite includes Projects,
Project Management, Project Collaboration, Project Costing, Project Billing,
Project Contracts, and Project Resources
At least 2 years implementing Oracle* Projects,
Work with the end users and business owners to map Oracle* Applications
standard processes to the business needs of the client,
Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom development team
to determine gap resolutions,
Oracle AIM method deliverables,
Strong Communication skills:
Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
Able to talk on an equal plane with CFO's, Controllers, Internal Auditors,
etc.,
Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis
skills; \process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual
and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and
support.
