Short Description:
Ability to develop and deliver SCM strategy and solution for connected
services environment. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Complete Description:
Strong technical and leadership skills. Individuals should have experience
developing SCM processes and developing build strategies for mixed
environments.
* Works across organizational boundaries to define, develop, and implement
comprehensive software configuration management strategies involving all
software environmental components.
* Designs and drives the implementation of robust SCM solutions covering a
wide range of difficult problems
* Defines organization requirements for SCM processes, then designs and
implements processes to satisfy the requirements.
* Interfaces with management and technical experts to identify and resolve
technical problems of significant complexity
* Drives the delivery of high-quality reliable and repeatable SCM
Implementations.
* Metrics definitions for measuring the effectiveness of SCM systems.
* Build system configurations / metrics / reporting
* Extensive experience with multiple SCM tools and processes on a variety of
operating systems, databases, and frameworks
* Creates processes that enable the creation of environments where software
engineers can independently develop and test products.
* Maintains Build environments for all production QA & Production baselines
* Anticipates and recognizes system-wide issues and designs accordingly.
