Role: Senior Manager’s into Business Development/Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for securing engagements for the
company’s product in Data Capture, Content Management, Telecom
solutions, IT services etc for India/ Asia Pacific markets

 & for USA/northern America market. This will involve a combination of
the Managing the right channel partners as well as lead generation and
sales opportunities to achieve annual sales revenue targets

 with profitability. The candidate will do customer contact, proposal
coordination, sales staff management and coaching, new business
acquisition strategies and collaboration with potential clients.
Specific organization responsibility for sales and marketing will
include inside sales, channel management, strategic and affinity
relations, customer management, sales training and sales compensation
plans. It would be expected that individual would lead the sales
organization by example. This individual should be able to hit the
ground running and generate revenues himself

Management responsibilities include managing processes for strategic
positioning, building sales and marketing collateral as well as sales
forecasting.


Desired Candidate Profile

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Has held significant product sales and sales management knowledge
within a professional career of 8 years or more.

• Selling experience must be in a business-to-business environment as
well as with government entities with a relatively complex selling
process.

   Must have, demonstrated competency at proposal developments &
proposal closure activities.


• Has extensive experience selling and building effective
relationships at the senior level e.g. CEO, CIO within client
organizations as well as ability to work in government bureaucracies.



• Must have domain expertise in the area of Data Capture, Content
Management, Telecom solutions, IT etc. Must have, excellent
understanding of the market place in India and surrounding markets

   for these applications.


• Must have a proven track record in selling & Extensive experience in
selling through channel partnerships
