online manuals and help pages utilizing technical design writing tools for
the Operations and Customers Portals, and Operation Guides for Tier 1-3
support.

Seeking a Technical Writer who thrives in a fast-paced technical
environment; a self-starter requiring little to no supervision, who
interacts effectively with subject matter experts. This candidate must have
the proven ability to analyze technical information and deliver clearly
written, accurate work that is appropriate for the audience (technical,
operations, end users). The candidate will develop and maintain a variety of
customer guides, system and feature documents, and online help files; track
revisions and coordinate the review and approval process; and interface with
numerous stakeholders in various groups, including engineering, development,
testing, product management, marketing, branding, legal, operations, and
release management.
*BASIC REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:*
o Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years
technical writing experience
o Proficient in Windows 2000/XP; MS Office
o Experienced in RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, HTML, screen capture tools
o Version control and configuration management applications
o Knowledge of TCP/IP , XML and Content Delivery Networks is a plus.
