POSITION: Sr. Accounts Manager (IT Projects & Consulting) Location : Noida Experience : 8-12 Years
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is with a well-established US based IT consulting company The company is looking to expand its client base all over America. This person will be responsible for selling company’s IT talent as well as offshore services offering in software development, support and maintenance. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, revenue generation and account management. EXPERIENCE: The Sr. Accounts Manager must have had significant sales responsibility within a professional career of eight to ten years or more in the technology sector. Must have demonstrated presentation and communication skills. The Accounts Manager must have had extensive experience direct selling and building effective relationships at the decision makers level such as Project managers, Director and V.P. of Engineering/IT/MIS departments. Experience in the consulting as well as selling project-based solutions is a requirement. Must Have Credentials: Must be able to approach the sales process from a value-based approach as opposed to a price-based approach. Must be open to changes in a rapidly changing industry and must be capable of adjusting sales tactics quickly. Must have a lot of energy and drive to succeed. Must be very detail-oriented. Must come in with a solid and reference able book of business, including contacts and be able to close business within the first 60 days. Must have experience in IT consulting industry and off-shore project management.
