Title: * Business Analyst (Resumes with

Duration: 6 Months
Must to have: At least 3 COTS implementations.
Experience with securitization
mortgage background.
-Serve as the requirements analyst for development a securitization model
involving integration with multiple technology platforms. This position will
report to the business project manager
Collect, document, and review high-level business requirements
from business area SMEs, challenging the status quo where appropriate
- Utilize knowledge from other multifamily mortgage businesses
/ experiences
- Support business process redesign activities, working with
the current department heads and business subject matter experts, to improve
existing processes
- Work cooperatively with the project technology lead to
complete project planning and analysis activities
- Support development of estimates for business activities
during project implementation, including requirements analysis, user
acceptance testing, training, and system roll-out
- Interact with vendors to understand how
commercial-off-the-shelf solutions can support the business requirement
Mid-level (3-7 yrs)
SKILLS:
7+ years of experience managing business requirements
facilitation and documentation and COTS implementations in compliance with a
formal SDLC methodology; at least three large-scale implementations a plus
-Proven track record of successful vendor management and
demonstrated ability to work with vendor implementation team
-Experience with business process re-design
concurrently with application implementation
-Strong communication skills; ability to
communicate at all levels of the organization, including business executives
-Experience with project and program level
activities and identifying and resolving cross-project issues and
dependencies
-Ability to interact with technology teams and
translate into business concepts
-Strong knowledge of data conversation
strategies and techniques a plus
-Big 4 consulting experience or similar
required
-Understanding of the mortgage industry,
preferably commercial multifamily real estate asset management and
resolution
-Understanding of capital markets underwriting,
servicing and loan accounting a plus
-Experience with Securitization and/or
Securitization related functions
