This consultant should be familiar with OSS/BSS Solutions Architecture, and
Metro Ethernet, and cell backbone technologies.* *They will need to conduct
the entire RFP / RFI Process with multiple vendors including authoring, and
defining selection criteria and making final recommendations. Seeking
someone with telecom systems engineering background to be able to write
specific requirements for Metro Ethernet and Cell Technologies for
RFI/RFP’s. Should be very familiar with the ASR / ASOG process. Should
have experience with telecom vendor processes, and familiar with the entire
Telecom Order management process. Should have experience with Service
Quality Management of external vendors. Will be responsible for developing
and writing the SOW for implementation. Will need to perform analysis and
define systems requirements.
