*Position:* MAXIMO JAVA Specialist *Location:* New York, NY *Duration:* 6-9 Months This is a 6-9 month project with our client in New York, NY Please note that this position will require and in person interview. *Mandatory Requirements:* 1. 3+ Years experience supporting or developing Maximo business solutions using Maximo configuration tools, including Application Designer, Database configuration and Workflow experience in a Java Development Environment is required; 2. 4+ Years of solid Java development experience using J2EE along with various Java tool sets is required; 3. 3+ Years of Maximo Business Object (MBO) Development or Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA) User Exit development experience is required 4. 4+ Years experience with Oracle databases is required; 5. 4+ Years experience writing SQL queries and procedures is required; 6. 3+ Years experience interfacing Maximo with other information systems through the Oracle MEA and generic MEA, Middleware and other Web service interfaces is required; and 7. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with IT Admin and DBA personnel. *Desirable Experience:* 1.
