Title: Siebel Architect Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 5+ Months *Overview: * Works under general supervision of the project manager in a data warehouse environment. Consultant will be responsible for Oracle Siebel CRM Loyalty Management Function and processes. Should be able to coordinate tasks, identify efficiency areas, participate with team to deliver deployment strategies and document the same. Candidate needs to exhibit leadership and participative qualities, to work independently and to help the team. The candidate must also document the existing and new database environment, recommend best practices and implement them. *Requirements:* 1. All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of Oracle/Siebel CRM experience with 1-2 implementations of Siebel Loyalty Management solution / module. *2.** **Must have prior experience install/ fix/support/enhancements, and projects for Siebel CRM Marketing or Loyalty modules.* a. *1-2 years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel configuration and scripting* b. *Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model* c. Strong technical foundation including structured programming, and structured system analysis and design methods d. Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems e. Understanding of relational database concepts, strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, working knowledge of Linux ( on a Linux Platform) f. Prepare functional acceptance test cases g. Perform functional testing of the Siebel application *3.** **Strong understanding of Siebel Call Center, Marketing and Analytics solution is HUGE!* 4. Be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 6.
