Job Description:
• The EDI Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, & testing,
EDI related interfaces.
• Under general direction provides support for EDI systems to include
internal end users, internal IT support, trading partners (customers and
suppliers) and their technical teams.
• Responsible for maintaining EDI transaction activities, system software
testing, software upgrades, gathering business requirements and documenting
quality processes.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years programming/development experience
• ANSI X12 ( 850, 856, 810, 820, 847 & 997), EDIFACT, XML & cXML
• EDI Translation tool user/map exit routines
• Oracle Financials
• Oracle Supply Chain
• Oracle eCommerce Gateway
• Data Base (Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
• Java
• Unix
• SQL
• PL/SQL
• WPG (Websphere Partner Gateway) a must

Must have Required:
•        Must have WebSphere Partner Gateway (WPG) mapping from scratch
Communications Configuration
•         EDI interface development experience preferably with Websphere
Partner Gateway tool
•         Basic understanding of vendor relationships or related skills is
required
•         Must have effective communication skills with groups and at
individual level coupled with an ability to solve problems and identify
strategies for process resolution.
•         Must have analytical skills with ability to critically evaluate
data from multiple sources.
