*Position:** Business Analyst, SAP Material Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM) * Level: Senior Contract Duration: 12 Months Location. Houston Texas (80%) and Concord, California (20%) *Overview:* Senior level Business Analyst for a SAP MM / IM Deployment Project Phases: Design, Deploy and some Support Transition *General Requirements:* We generally look for someone who has *strong technical experience with ERP Projects, preferably with 10 years of experience or greater*. We also like candidates with strong functional and communication skills. The most desirable candidate would have experience deploying SAP MM/IM for multiple clients. Project Management exposure and abilities are also a plus. *We do not require consultant with CNC, Infrastructure or Development experience. * * * *Primary Job Responsibilities*: We primarily look for Techno/Functional (50/50) Consultants that have a decent amount of Technical knowledge. Meaning someone who has a core understanding of the SAP MM Application and can translate a Customer’s requirements into a strategy and design. Technical CNC and Development work is handled by an internal Chevron Development Team, *we do not require development experience.* This Functional 50% / Technical 50% consultant will help collect, organize and configure the Customer’s Core Material and Inventory and Supplemental Data, Interfaces, and Reports, to ensure a successful on-time and on-budget deployment. * * Supervision comes from the on-site Project Manager Consultants work with small to mid-sized teams of 4 to 12 people We generally do not select people that we view as too “Technical”, meaning people with heavy experience with Infrastructure such as CNC Analysts or Developers *Must Have Skills:* Working on new or upgrade implementations of SAP MM for large companies Critical Skill sets include working with and designing and configuring SAP MM and IM Working for mid to large sized companies is a plus Experience with International travel and international business Excellent Functional, Communication, Documentation and Project Management skills are a must *Bonus Skills:* Past Chevron experience Oil and Gas experience Foreign Languages Other non-MM and IM Modules SAP CATT, MDM Data Manager, SAP BW or SAP Portal Reporting Manager.
