CVA Trader WorkStation - Java Software Development Consultant Location USA - NY - New York Experience Level 5-10 Education Level Bachelors Degree Position Description Front-office credit risk technology group is initiating original development of CVA Trader Risk Management System for CVA trading desk and CVA strategists. Highly motivated, strong software developer will take part in the original design and development of the system which includes developing p&l, p&l attribution, risk, real-time p&l and real-time risk services as well as other system components. The candidate will primarily be doing server side development but may be asked to do the front-end development in C# on Windows as well. Skills Required Risk Management System Must have experience working with Financial clients- Trading, brokerage........ 4+ years server development in Java. Experience with distributed N-tier systems and middleware technologies. Experience with relational databases. Experience with XML standards and XML based languages. Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a large team environment. Skills Desired Familiarity with OTC derivatives and risk management systems. Experience with agile software development and Spring. Experience with C++, C# and windows dotnet programming experience. Experience with DB2 UDB, OLAP and reporting frameworks. Experience with dynamic languages such as Python and Perl.
