Role: *Delphi** Developer - Tech Lead*
Duration: *1 year contract*
Location: *Irving**, TX*
*REQUIRED:*
This is a Tech Lead position so strong analytical and technical skills are
required
*5+ years of Delphi* Experience, Delphi 2005 is plus
*5+ years of SQL* *databases* experience
Must have strong understanding of SDLC and should be able to perform code
reviews, unit testing etc.
Requirements Gathering
Analysis
Team lead
Must be a good team player
Must be able work in fast pace environment under minimal supervision
Strong communication skills are required
*PLUS:*
Experience with Offshore model is plus
Oracle experience is plus
Experience with *version controls (Rational ClearCase)* systems and
maintaining multiple code bases
*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
1. Requirements gathering, attending JAD sessions.
2. Prepare / Review design documentation
3. Perform code reviews and unit testing. Resolve defects during various
phases of testing
4. Develop Delphi code to satisfy Business requirements
MUST have EXCELLENT communications
