Title: Test Architects Location: Mason, OH Duration: 4+ Months Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Level 1 - 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Level 2 - 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Level 3 -6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required. 1. Seasoned testing professional with experience establishing testing from the ground up on large-scale, enterprise wide projects/programs 2. Successfully engineered/developed testing strategy, design and planning for said programs 3. Managed concurrently efforts in the system test, UAT and End-To-End space. 4. Apply corporate standards to the program 5. Developed a defect management process when one does not exist, considering a diverse group of teams with different levels of maturity. 6. Understands test data and how to acquire and apply TDM principles to testing 7. Expert in Regression and Automation strategy and execution 8. Leverage “tools” when needed 9. Has experience interfacing, influencing and “standing up” to Senior Leadership (both IT and the Business)! 10.
