*Duration: 12 Months* * * *Location: RAHWAY, NJ * * * *Rate: $42/hr C2C MAX MAX* * * *HR Analyst * Reporting to the HR Implementation Lead for the Basic Research Global Operating Strategy, the HR Analyst will provide HR analytics and project management support to HR colleagues. These projects include, but are not limited to, the follow: - Providing overall project management support for the various HR project teams. - Providing analysis and subject matter expertise to support HR projects as assigned (e.g. organization design/hierarchy, etc.) - Evaluation of information needs and recommending appropriate solutions. - Developing and reporting on HR metrics and targets. This is intended to be a* 9 to 12 month* assignment. *Qualifications:* - Bachelors degree required preferably in HR or related field. - Two to five years experience as an HR Business Partner or relevant experience required - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and a high degree of initiative and creativity. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
