ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES: NEED HEAVY HITTER WITH - TTD - Test Driven Development exp, Agile, Java, and spring *Primary Responsibilities:* Participate in the full life-cycle of software development; including analysis, design, implementation and testing of new projects and features using the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, Eclipse, Spring, XML, JUnit, Java Concurrency, REST, SQL and several open source tools and design patterns. Collaborate with architects and technical leads on design decisions and direction. Contribute to project development estimates and timelines. Work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment and serve as a mentor to less experienced developers. Generate innovative approaches and solutions to technology challenges. Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. * * *Minimum Qualifications:* Four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field 6+ years of experience in the software development field Experience with Java, J2EE and object-oriented analysis and design principles Experience designing and developing web based applications using Java, JavaScript, Spring, XHTML, Eclipse, CSS, HTML Experience in other relevant technologies: Linux and/or Unix, Spring, Servlets, Ajax, REST, XML and XSL/T, Shell scripting, Team Foundation Server, Berkeley DB, JUnit, and Test Driven Development (TDD), Mock Frameworks Proven track record of being able to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions Very strong interpersonal and communications skills including both oral and written proficiency (must be able to present effectively to a wide variety of audiences including development teams and partners within the business unit) The ability to present complex technical topics to a non-technical audience Experience and\or a willingness to work in a fast paced Agile software development environment *Preferred Qualifications:* Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environment.
