Solid Flex experience but doesn’t have to be a front-end Flex guru. Has to be able to develop end to end Flex to Java applications. This is *NOT* a website designer. Has to understand how Flex works. Use Flex to enrich internal application (Admin Forms, GUI’s, Drag and Drop, etc). Build the interface to the Java backend and then implement the backend. Required Skills: Must have strong Core Java experience, Flex, JDBC, Web Services, Oracle experience.
