*Description:*
Responsible for modeling performance and capacity of production plant for
distributed applications and infrastructure as part of scalability exercise.
Lead modeling effort and work with various development teams to recommend
scalability remediations based on modelings results. Create data feed from
production monitoring tools to Data Manager
Utilize Capacity Planner to model organic growth combined with merger growth
Utilize Capacity Planner to identify and communicate scalability
alternatives
Integrate HP Performance Center test results with Optimizer to model future
state scenarios for pre-production applications and infrastructure
Create detailed Performance Profiler models for deep dive into specific
applications, infrastructure and platforms
Work with development and infrastructure teams to thoroughly understand the
performance implications of software application design and architecture
Maintain Data Manager database
*Skills Required:*
Hands on, detailed utilization of HyPerformix modeling tools Data Manager,
Capacity Planner and Performance Optimizer to model future state
infrastructure requirements to support a major financial company merger.**
10 + years experience of Enterprise Performance, Capacity and Modeling
Core brokerage, financial or banking company experience
Strong understanding and/or hands-on experience is required in the following
tools and technologies:
