One year experience may be substituted for a year of education for up to four years. * * * Preferences:* Years Skills/Experience 2 Experience developing presentations and documents for executives. 2 Experience working on project with the Texas Child Support Enforcement Program or other Texas state government programs/agencies as the customer. 2 Experience working on an IT Project employing IBM Rational Tools, Websphere, DB2 in a distributed environment. 2 Experience using Project Workbench, Clarity or Microsoft project. 2 Experience performing a team lead or management role.
