Description: * Overall experience of 5+ of which min 3+ years of experience as a hands-on developer / tech lead. * Min of 3+ years of working experience with C++ / C, Sybase or Oracle, Linux. Experience with web services architectures desirable. * Knowledge of Perl, Ruby, XML/XSLT, Open Source presentation frameworks (Tapestry, Struts, JSF etc). Functional knowledge of trading exchange, trading market data desired. * Knowledge of FIX Protocol * Experience in version control systems such as SubVersion, Clearcase, CVS, and highly desired and is a big plus. * Very good knowledge of software development life cycle is required. * Excellent communication and analytical skills with an open mind to different opinions from peers & business partners. * See below for the different types of developers that can be positioned to client.
