This is my direct client opening for System Analyst - Austin, Texas.
This is a long term contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.
Requirements:
Skills/Experience
8 Years: Developing Programs, test plans from
specifications
8 Years: Analyzing the requirements and creating
technical specifications to provide automation for the business
requirement
6 Years: Experience with data conversions
6 Years: Application testing experience in Unit and
Systems integration/regression phases
4 Years: Coordination and resolution of issues/questions
arising throughout the automation process
4 Years: Ad Hoc SQL Development for reporting and
analysis
4 Years: Experience providing on-call support for batch
programs
4 Years: Experience working with business area and
technical staff in identifying and documenting business needs and
requirements
Preferences:
Skills/Experience
2 Years: Experience with optimizing existing software for
performance improvements
2 Years: Experience working with State agencies & Public
Assistance Programs
1 Year: Experience with the HHSC IEE/TIERS automation effort
1 Year: Use of an automated requirements repository
