Experience working in the not for profit is preferred PeopleSoft certification is desirable. *Job Description:* Looking for an exceptional individual with strong functional knowledge and technical experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Financial applications. The chosen individual must have a good working knowledge of business processes and how they can be applied to an end to end ERP PeopleSoft solution to facilitate integration within an organization. *Primary responsibilities include:* Gather business requirements (required) Define / re-engineer business processes (desirable) Perform Fit Gap Analysis and provide recommendations for gaps" (highly desirable) Conduct conference room pilots to demonstrate the PeopleSoft application (nice to have) Document Functional Specifications for interfaces, conversions, customizations and custom reports (required) Configure PeopleSoft module(s) Create Unit Test Scripts and conduct unit testing (desirable) Strong communications with business clients and with Project Manager *Core Qualifications* 5 plus years of Peoplesoft application experience with hands-on functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials using version 8.9 and version 9.0 (desirable).
