Location: Austin, Texas(TEXAS LOCALS PREFERRED)
Duration: 10 month contract with likely extension

Job Description:
The services of the Worker will include, but are not limited to
the following:
A. Support the development of OAG system requirements to
meet internal and external user needs.
B. Work with project team to conduct analysis of
business process to define business requirements.
C. Interact with program contract and other agency
functional and IT staff to coordinate, develop and recommend
solutions to business needs.
D. Review, analyze and document existing processes and
data structures within TXCSES and other sources (Sybase,
Portal, etc.).
E. Determine and recommend policies and procedures.
F. Facilitate business requirements gathering and review
sessions.
G. Identify redundant and/or obsolete information.
H. Execute User-tests for all projects. (Related duties
include establishing test data, developing test scripts, running
test scripts, evaluating results, coordinating testing
efforts with IT, Communicating results with Field staff and
entire project team.)
II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Experience using Texas Child Support
automated systems or processes.
4 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Software suite of tools.
4 Experience analyzing processes and
recommend improvements
4 Experience analyzing problems and
developing solutions
3 Experience as a Business Analyst,
developing: Process Flows, Procedures, Process Improvements.
2 Leadership or management experience.
Strong Excellent communication skills,
written and oral, with people of all technical levels.
Required:
Graduation from an accredited college or university. One year
experience may be substituted for a year of education for up to
four years.
