PROJECT/POSITION DESCRIPTION: (for external
use)

Customer Support Analyst who has the ability to perform analysis of
the
enterprise's HW and SW compatibility/readiness for Vista migration
under the
guidance of the Corporate Program Management Office. This includes
evaluation of
minimum HW requirements against inventory reports and SW compatibility
with Vista
against end user SW requirement reports. Reporting discrepancies back
to Program
Management and tracking to resolution. This individual will require
basic project
management skills. Moderate understanding of MS office tools
specifically Excel and
very strong organizational
skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in the Computer Technology
sector.
