*Ability to work with minimal or no supervision. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1) Design printed circuit boards that involve a mix of both analog, RF and digital circuits with fine pitch BGA''s as well as other fine pitch components. (Board Station RE) 2) Must have experience with blind and buried vias as well as HDI (micro via) structured designs. 3) Work with a core Electrical and Mechanical team to collect, document and implement required information to a design and support the design through to production. 4) Ability to work and troubleshoot design issues independently to complete the design. 5) Work may be performed without established procedures. 6) Ability to multi-task to support multiple designs for multiple projects. Other Tasks 1) Support Library Team with Creating Symbols, Geometries and Catalogs using LMS Lib Mgr. Special Skills Required 1) Experience with Auto-Routing and Interactive routing using Board Station RE. Required Experience 1) 5-8 years minimum experience using Mentor Graphics BS with RE (MGC BSRE) 2) Validation of designs using Valor Optional Experience 1) 3-5 years experience with Cadence Allegro is a plus. 2) Ability to create scripts and macros for Mentor Graphics BS is a plus. 3) Ability to Design flexes or rigid-flexes is a plus Location : Fort Lauderdale.
