*Title: Tester (ETL, Data Warehouse)* *Client: Pharmaceutical client* *Location: Collegeville, PA *** *Duration: 13 month contract (could go much longer)* *Interview Process: Phone Interview followed by MANDATORY PERSONAL INTERVIEW at candidates expense.* ****Please provide 2 professional references with resume**** *NextGen Data Tester Roles & Responsibilities* Summary Working collaboratively with the NextGen Support Team, the NextGen data tester will plan and execute data testing tasks for IDR break/fix, enhancements, and ongoing data integrity monitoring activities. The NextGen Data Tester will independently generate and document comprehensive test strategies, oversee the creation of detailed test plans, and develop aggressive and achievable effort and schedule estimates *Responsibilities & Expectations* - Work with the functional and technical teams to plan one or more of the following: assembly, system, data integrity and performance. - Assess risk and document testing strategy to ensure appropriate testing coverage for each release and seek final sign-off from stakeholders. - Identify tasks and estimate work effort required to implement testing strategy, and collaborate with Test Lead to include testing effort in release work plan. - Create Test cases, Test scripts and Data Integrity checks for data and ETL fixes and enhancements as well as routine ETL operational monitoring. - Utilize SQL and Oracle PL/SQL to effectively identify and report defects, create testing data sets and assure data quality. - Define and document all testing environment requirements and tools required to implement the testing strategy. - Manage the defect tracking process to ensure that defect tracking is properly addressed (identification, fixing, re-testing and migration of defects). - Present testing status to the NextGen Test Lead on a routine basis. - Ensure that all testing deliverables (strategy, scripts, results, status, and summaries) are easily accessible and understandable. - Review final test results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria and seek final sign-off from stakeholders. *PLEASE SEND ME THE RESUMES TO MY OFFICIAL ID BELOW* *Best Regards* *Chris** Nihaki Systems,Inc.
