II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Experience in technical writing,
journalism, or communications work.
4 Experience with techniques and methods of
planning, organizing, and writing various types of materials.
4 Experience conducting research; to
compose, review, illustrate, and edit technical documents, materials,
and reports.
4 Graduation from an accredited four-year
college or university with major course work in business
administration,
English,
education, or a related field is generally preferred. Experience and
education may be substituted for one another.
4 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and
Word.
Strong Skill in the use of office equipment.
Strong Communication skills.
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Knowledge of research methodology; and of
departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
