The system contains approximately 200 forms and 190 reports. The system interfaces with several other major systems owned by other agencies in the State (FINET, Payroll, etc.), many other systems owned by UDOT, and one system owned by FHWA. The specialized information technology consulting services needed for this project at the Utah Department of Transportation are for the consultant to define and develop additional functionality for multiple parts of UDOT's ePM information system. The consultant will: (1) develop additional functionality and new features for the contract management subsystem of UDOT's ePM information system, and (2) identify opportunities for automation and enhancements to the ePM information system's planning and programming module (STIP), (3) and identify and implement other general enhancements to aid UDOT in streamlining the project delivery process. The additional software functionality to be provided needs to be seamlessly integrated into the existing system incorporating the same look and feel of the existing system. The ePM system is built using Oracle Forms / Reports version 10g connecting to an Oracle 10g database.
