Description:
System Tester
System and acceptance testing - must be able to build test lab
configurations to emulate network topologies. Valid test plans must be
authored and executed using various load generation equipment. Protocol
analyzers will be employed to examine results at various levels. Testing may
occur remotely and in cooperation into service, enabling use.
Tier Support - provide tier 3/4 support to resolve issues, encountered in
production system. In some case remote workers will need support with root
cause analysis, trouble resolution, executing routines, escalation and
interfacing with supplier technical support.

Duration: 1+year
Description:
Candidate should posses a total understanding of all technologies involved
in this area to include, Cisco IP Telephony, Unity, voice gateways and
gatekeepers IP, T1, T3 and ISDN.
Understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP and BGP. Working
knowledge of IPT components such as Call Manager, Unity, voice gateways and
gatekeepers. Understanding of Call Center technologies such as IVR and ICM.
Must be able to work occasional weekends and on after-hours projects. As a
member of the team, will respond to all system problems on a 7X24 basis and
take part in on-call rotation.
Must be a U.S. citizen and pass government background check.
The ideal candidate will have EXCELLENT communication skills, very reliable,
hardworking and able to work independently.
Skills required for this SR:
10 yrs. exp minimum; 5+ in IPTel
CCNP, CIPT certs
5+ yrs network design, deployment, support
Call Manager, Unity, VoIP (VG & GK), QoS
Strong familiarity with Cisco configuration tools
Knowledge of PBX and Call Center environments
Emerging network technologies and protocols
Accurate/organized technical documentation skills
IPCC, C/C++, Java Script, XML, XSLT. Perl
Strong verbal and written communication skills
