Technical Support/Data Analyst Responsibilities Include: * Respond to client inquiries that are of a technical nature * Develop, modify and test custom SQL queries based on client requirements * Gather and document client requirements for development projects and requests * Analyze client reported issues and software bugs, replicate the problem and propose solutions * Support clients in the use of proprietary software applications * Assist clients with setup of advanced system features including workflows, commissions, trouble tickets and collections processes * Develop familiarity with client’s Call Detail Records (CDRs) and processing methodologies to ensure accurate billing * Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving activities based on internal and external requests * Update and maintain client issues log in an appropriate time frame * Assist Billing Account Manager as needed during peak billing periods * Escalate technical issues for immediate resolution * Foster ideas on how to improve the client relationship and update internal documentation * Produce end user documentation and training material as needed * Participate in testing sessions and provide feedback to developers Requirements Include: * A bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology or another analytical field * Demonstrated analytical ability * 2-5 years of applicable experience * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Experience with SQL report writing * Telecommunications background is a plus Thank you, DBA FYI Center http://dba.fyicenter.com/ --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle DBAs" group.
