Quality testing background. • Experience in tracking multiple streams of testing. • Experience in keeping Test Data up-to-date for new releases • Different types of testing • Movement of Data or Extract and Load • Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), Testing Calculations or Transformations • Historical Testing • Peer Reviews • Reproducibility of key existing reports (determined by the business) • Stability and Process Testing • Performance Testing • Operation Process Testing • Testing of the SSIS • Volume Testing • Usability Testing – Aiding business users to test the following: • Test against standard reports • Identify and report any missing dimensions and attributes • Identify and report unfamiliar naming conventions within cube and suggest new names more applicable to business • Identify and report any Perspective or common cube views they wish to see • Identify and report additional measures and attributes • Identify and report any missing or different calculations, slices and sub-slices • Identify and report wrong calculations (e.g. variance) • Identify and report any different calculations needed • Experience MS Word and MS Excel • Experience working in a Windows XP environment • Experience with Remedy • Experience with developing testing project plans that integrate into the overall project plan • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of a specified software product • IT workflow / process knowledge, including systems development lifecycle, service delivery, and support experience • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong communication skills • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork • Excellent organization and self-management skills • Working grasp of Corporate Quality Policies • Working knowledge of computer systems validation as applied in a regulated area • Knowledge of Software test methods and tools *Desired Skill Set*: • Testing Data Warehouse • Agile or Scrum • Experience with Documentum Webtop • Experience using screen capture software • Experience with automated test tools • Experience with SQL and TOAD For additional requirements, please refer to the XXXXXXX & XXXXXXX Standard Definition of Test Lead below. *Position Description and Additional Comments*: The Test Lead role is responsible for leading and managing all testing activities on projects they are assigned. The role is to ensure good testing practices are followed and all types of testing have been identified and considered. This role ensures the effective execution of testing strategies, tools, processes, and methods to deliver compliant solutions to the business. • Provides guidance, leadership, and expertise in testing processes and deliverables • Interprets testing corporate policies and procedures and determines appropriate application • Creates, updates and uses standard testing templates • Conducts review of requirements for clarity and testability. • Creates, reviews and/or executes Traceability Matrix, Test Plans, Scripts/Cases and Reports • Coordinates, plans and staffs all testing activities • Communicates testing status and issues • Executes testing Integrative Informatics (I2) will build the information mining capability necessary to support Tailored Therapeutics. I2 will focus on helping scientists seek correlations and find connections between pre-clinical (i.e., animal) and clinical knowledge to generate and test translational hypotheses.
