Requirement: This person's main role will be to map out and complete technical upgrade work for existing customizations and custom data conversion. This individual will work closely with internal PeopleSoft staff as well as the DBA area. In addition, this individual will be utilized for troubleshooting and issue resolution during the upgrade process and post upgrade testing support. These are the skills required for an application upgrade specialist: 1. HCM application version 8.8 and 9.0 knowledge 2. Familiarity with PeopleSoft upgrade 3. PeopleSoft application customization 4. PeopleCode 5. Application Engine 6. SQL 7. Integration Broker 8. Workflow 9. Component Interface 10. SQR, SQC 11. Strong organization and project planning/estimation skills. 12. Strong communication skills 13.
