Description: This role will be accountable for assisting with the analysis of current customizations to see if they have become a part of the 9.0 version and if not that they are made a part of this version. All changes to the HR table will need to be identified along with the purpose for the changes. Assistance will be provided as needed for whatever the needs are in regards to the 9.0 upgrade. Required Skills: * Must have participated in previous HCM upgrade to version 9.0 * Familiar with all HR modules and set up tables * Effective documentation and project completion skills * Able to develop queries * Performing a fit gap between 8.8 and 9.0 * Strong testing skills to assist with all phases of testing * Strong understanding of the Person Model * Very knowledgeable of the Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway (Recruitment) module and can do analysis of this module verses Blue Recruit to define the differences and what works best.
