Duration: 1 Year contract with likely extension
Rate : $40/hr max
Skills Required: SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED : If the submitted candidate
does not have a strong proficiency in Visual Studio 2008, C#, VB, and
HTML, Open Connect do not submit him/her. Over five (5) years of
experience is required.
Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To provide further clarification on this order, the Open Connect tool
experience we are looking for is called "Configure". This experience
is important but may be difficult to find in the market.
Responsible for requirements and functional architecture analysis.
Involved in testing, training and implementation of applications.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs
and thorough understanding of business processes. Works with internal
business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve
business results. Provides guidance concerning business implications
of application development projects. With general guidance and
coaching, gathers and analyzes information and provides
recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific
business group. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience
preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written
communication skills.
Significant creativity is required.
Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform
this job.

Significant creativity is required; excellent problem solving
ability.
A solid demonstrated proficiency using SQL. Over five (5) years
of experience required.
Solid demonstrated proficiency using standard desktop

Proficiency in Visual Studio 2008, C#, VB, and HTML, Open
Connect. Over five (5) years of experience required.
Must be able to read and develop technical and functional
requirement documents.
Must be able to create application design specification
documents from which code will be written.
Demonstrated ability to create, document and execute unit and
system integration testing on internally developed software programs.
