Laurel**, NJ*** *Duration: **6 months * *FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW REQUIRED (Local Only ). 90-100 % Matching resume will only be considered.* * * *Note: Please show the requirement to the candidate first, before sending the resume across, Please send all the details at one go (Saves time)* * * *Job description:* Conversion Engineer - The Conversion Engineer will analyze the application packaging and distribution requirements to package all of the applications required in the Back Office - The Conversion Engineer will work with each line of business in the new organization to determine its Business Application Requirements, manage all of the applications within that set of requirements through data gathering, packaging, testing, delivery scheduling, software distribution and Day 1 Support . - Document all requirements of the Business and each application using the DDAD database system - Provide weekly status reports of progress and throughput for all LOBs and all applications being packaged - PC skills, including office applications and MS Project and MS Visio - Excellent analytical skills - Very strong relationship management skills - Strong writing and presentation skills - Basic Project Management skills and methodology - Preferred Skills and Number of Years Experience with Crystal Reports preferred. Conversion Engineer will be required to perform basic PM skills in that the entire life cycle of gathering the data for the application through its delivery will be managed by the Conversion Engineer. Conversion Engineer will not be required to package or test applications but should have good anlaytic skills to diagnose issues and resolve / escalate as required.
