Two or more years experience with Microsoft ASP.Net and VB.NET. Experience as a Web GUI designer and knowledge of accessibility compliance issues a plus. 2. Two or more years experience developing COM (Component Object Module) components in a COM+ environment. 3. Two or more years experience with Oracle 9i or higher, including SQL tuning and PL/SQL coding. 4. Two or more years experience developing Web applications using HTML and ASP. 5. Three or more year's experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specification and resolve problems. 6.
