*Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Wilmington, DE* *Length: 6+ Months* *Industry: Insurance* *KEY EXPERIENCE:* Need a BA who has 401k business experience. *Technical skills and/or domain knowledge:* *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Coordinate the development, testing and implementation of new products and system enhancements as directed by the Systems Manager. · Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. · Work closely with all levels of management within the organization to define project requirements. · Write detailed design specifications. · Ensure enhancements meet established quality and end user needs. · Work closely with internal/external IT programmers to develop, test and implement new products/enhancements. *POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS:* · BA/BS degree with two to four years of relevant experience. · Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution Plan record-keeping (401(k) · Background in accounting 401(k) record-keeping. · Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products. · Ability / experience writing systems / program specifications and control procedures. · Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. *POSITION PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):* · Experience working with an IT department in a production environment. · Candidates with experience DC Systems a plus. · Project Management background -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
