Client will also accept the candidates who can attend the F2F Interview on their own expenses.* My client is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst, with 5 years experience, who will be responsible for designing and implementing quality standards, quality measurement techniques and tools, and for publishing quality metrics. *Your primary responsibilities will include * Spearheading adoption and execution of efficient and effective testing methodologies Monitoring progress with the regular use of metrics throughout the year Partnering with Developers to promote Agile Software Development and Quality Assurance Coordinating testing responsibilities across different teams ensuring feature test coverage, regression and End-to-End testing Providing production support for issues reported by customers Conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing strategies to move quality upstream in the SDLC. Bachelors in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field/ Equivalent Experience Min 5 years of Software Quality Assurance experience Thorough understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and measurements Strong knowledge of and experience with software development methodologies and practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to create and maintain cross functional partnerships Software testing fundamentals including the concepts of both positive and negative testing.
