Seeking a creative, driven, self-starter IP Telephony Engineer who will
manage the company's global Cisco IPT infrastructure
Responsibilities include
-Own the implementation of Cisco IPT including upgrades and enhancements
-Level 4 Support and manage Cisco devices including multiple Call Managers,
Call Manager Express, Unity v5, Unity Express, voice gateways (2821 & 3845
ISR) on a world-wide basis
-Implement system configuration changes based on new requirements,
maximizing performance and vendor recommendations
-Perform Architecture and Systems Risk Assessment
-Perform Operational Audits
-Skill -Experience -Need
1)-Call Manager 6.x, and Call Manager Express-Expert -Required
2)-Unity version 5 and unity Express-Expert -Required
3)-Voice Transports Solutions in a global scale-Expert -Required
4)-Voice Gateway running on 2821 & 3845 routers-Expert -Required
5)-Hard and Soft Phones-Expert -Required
6)-QoS over MPLS and LAN-Expert -Required
7)-IPCC Express-Intermediate -Desired
8)-MeetingPlace Express-Intermediate -Desired
