Responsibilities: Identifies problems and provides resolutions utilizing knowledge of operating systems, software applications and vendor specific hardware Implementation of best practices of Citrix server and network architecture design, development and maintenance/support Citrix support and Level 1, 2, or 3 troubleshooting Implementation of standard and non-standard applications to run in a Terminal Services environment Requirements: Strong understanding of Networking, Windows server 2003, Terminal Services, Active Directory and GPO Experience deploying and supporting Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Experience deploying and supporting Web Interface 4.6 and Citrix Access Gateway advanced edition Solid understanding of Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN). Knowledge and/or configuration of Citrix products including NetScaler, WANScaler, and Access Gateway solutions Experience with network analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques.
