This is my direct client opening for *Project Manager* - Austin, Texas. This is a long term contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Requirements: Skills/Experience 10 Years: Work experience in the information technology industry. 5 Years: Experience managing development projects; developing clear, concise project documentation; performing status reporting activities; and expert in system analysis and problem resolution 5 Years: Experience managing teams through the use of team meetings, task assignment, mentoring, facilitation and training. 5 Years: Successfully monitors progress to plan through use of risk management practices. 5 Years: Keeps stakeholders updated on project issues and progress. 5 Years: Effectively manages resources in a mixed functional and matrix project environment. 5 Years: Complete experience with the project management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) required. 5 Years: The ability to develop, document and execute project management plans, work plans and quality plans. 5 Years: Previous full project lifecycle experience from analysis and planning to development and deployment. 5 Years: Experience with MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and status reporting tools. Strong: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
