*Position : Verisign Certificate Administrator Required!* *Location : Mountain View, CA* *Duration : 6 months* *Pay Rate: Open* Requirements: 2-3 year minimum experience managing PKI, SSL Certificates, CAs & RAs, preferably with Verisign technology 5+ years IT Security analyst experience. Must be senior and self-directed. This is a very high-impact role and critical infrastructure support including external clients and revenue generating environments Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills Must be able to regularly engage vendor during US business hours--location otherwise flexible Primary duties: -Sustaining operations for customer facing and internal Symantec Verisign certificate administration and vendor support. -Handling of day-to-day requests for certificate issuance, renewal and revocation. -Ongoing validation that requests meet Symantec Security policies, liaising with other teams as needed. -Need to assist in planning and execution two efforts: -Root certificate replacement + downstream impacts & simultaneous conversion to Verisign EV certs in customer facing infrastructure. -Complete assessment of current design and practices model, gap analysis and development of remediation plan -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
