Additional info:
Thought this info would help. Look for SOAP .net folks that have worked on
framework 3.0 they should have WCF and WPF experience.

Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is
Microsoft<http://searchwinit.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid1_gci799450,00.html>'s
programming model for using managed code to build unified Web
services<http://searchsoa.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid26_gci750567,00.html>and
other distributed systems that can talk to each other. WCF focuses on
connecting
XML<http://searchsoa.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid26_gci213404,00.html>to
programs that are built using development languages supported by
Microsoft, such as
VB.NET<http://searchwindevelopment.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid8_gci952836,00.html>and
C#<http://searchwindevelopment.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid8_gci333873,00.html>.
To support this cross-language communication, WCF uses the extensible Simple
Object Access Protocol
(SOAP<http://searchsoa.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid26_gci214295,00.html>).

WCF is one of the four main products in Microsoft's .NET Framework 3.0,
previously known as WinFX. The other three are the Windows Presentation
Foundation, or
WPF<http://searchwindevelopment.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid8_gci1189827,00.html>,
the Windows Workflow Foundation, abbreviated as either WF or WinWF, and the
Windows CardSpace. The .NET 3.0 suite is due to be released around the same
time as Windows Vista, Microsoft's upcoming update to its
Windows<http://searchwinit.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid1_gci835121,00.html>
operating
system<http://searchcio-midmarket.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid183_gci212714,00.html>.
.NET 3.0 can also be used with Windows
XP<http://searchwinit.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,,sid1_gci533833,00.html>and
Windows 2003 Server.

Many developers still refer to Windows Communication Foundation by its code
name, Indigo.
