*Jo Description* I really need some great candidates for the HRMS-PM. I think one thing that is really tricky on this role is that several months ago we would have loved a very senior person with at least 2 HRIS implementations. that was during the Workday major implementation work. now that we are live and going into Phase 2, Phase 3 releases it has been disappointing to many PM's we interview that the project is essentially "over". *Personality *should be someone smart, bright, quick, fun, not easily provoked, not easily shaken, confident, able to handle difficult situations and conflict, able to negotiate, able to facilitate, solid project management skills and knowledge of the HRIS area. *Honestly it's a senior PM description. *** As a member of the IT team, the Project Manager is the focal point for delivering technology solutions to our business partners. You will be focused on projects supporting Employee Services and will have opportunity to be involved in other projects including Financials, Sales and Services as they relate to and have dependencies with HCM enterprise system operations. This role will provide exceptional customer service to business partners within the Employee Services area in delivering technical solutions, business process change and ongoing stabilization support to realize business value and objectives. The role also involves scoping and roadmap planning of future initiatives for your business partners. As project manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership and judgment. You will define project scope, objectives and requirements and will own the project plan, schedule, budget, resource management, issues and risks. This role may involve managing multiple projects concurrently with moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity or risk. You will be accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met. You will interact daily with IT development, QA, BSA and support teams, cross-functional business teams and process owners to ensure the smooth delivery of the deliverables. The ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent projects is required. Work is reviewed and measured based on attainment of objectives and overall success of projects. *Responsibilities: *** Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Project planning, scheduling, and management across multiple concurrent projects Manage delivery of complex projects for one or more business functions. Manage delivery/communications to business expectations and ensure client satisfaction, delivery to schedule, and delivery to budget. Provide global and cross-functional leadership to virtual project teams. Work closely with analysts, development teams, quality assurance, and other teams to define the comprehensive project plan. *Required Skills/Experience: *** Bachelors Degree, with 6-8 years project management and information systems software development lifecycle experience Experience in implementing at least 2 full lifecycle HRMS implementations including HR, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. Knowledge of business applications, with a focus on HRMS, Financials and CRM integrated systems. Saleforce.com, Oracle Financials, and other ERP experience, a plus. Expert project management skills, especially communication skills, project planning, risk management, and capacity planning. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a concise and objective manner Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment Has demonstrated clear leadership skills and experience working with large, complex projects *Desired Skills/Experience: *** Professional project management credentials (such as PMI) Experience with Agile methodologies and principles. Advanced negotiation and presentation skills Knowledge of on-demand web applications, web services APIs and various integration technologies is a plus.
