Ability to coordinate and support the Systems Analyst team members in the development of business and system requirements. Accountable for all Test Analyst deliverables across all the teams. Review of delivered test plans across testing team. Review of test cases for completeness and traceability to requirements. Review and acceptance of requirements as testable. Review of test workbench and acceptance of test environment. Attendance of all mandatory project meetings; actively participate in project design, build and test efforts. Skills: Extensive knowledge of Mercury testing suite and other test tools for planning, monitoring, executing test cases. Experience testing in health care industry. Experience with requirement tracing tools a plus. Able to understand the business and validate the systems against the business requirements. Understand data modeling concepts, support utilities, TOAD (or other data query tools), SQL, conceptual knowledge of XML. Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent job experience.
