Loc : Princeton, NJ Dur : 2-3 months *Description/ Required Experience:* Need SAP CRM/CIC functional consultant to help integrate their existing Genesys CTI call center platform with SAP Customer Interaction Center (CIC). *The successful candidate will the have following experience: *1. Must have functional experience working with SAP Customer Interaction Center (CIC), preferably the ERP (non-CRM) version. However, CRM CIC is acceptable. 2. Must have integration configuration experience to 3rd-party phone systems using either SAPphone or SAPconnect. 3. Must have excellent communication skills and experience working with the business to gather requirements and designing solutions. *The following skills and experience are highly desired:* 1. Some development experience, especially around interfaces. 2. Working in an FDA-validated environment. 3.
