Rate:$DOE
Duration:9 Months
Location: Owings Mills, MD, possibly DC
NOTES: All testers and developers to be hired by 9/25!!!
Biggest complaint is candidates aren't screened properly and are not
technical enough. Resumes don't reflect real experience.
*Keys:*
at least 2 years of testing experience
at least 2 years of SQL experience
MUST have at least 1 year of informatica Powercenter 8.5 experience
Some shell scripting experience
Some experience with Oracle
Must have at least 1 year of Mecury Quality Center.
*Qualifications for Testers:*
Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality
applications. Participates in test planning, writing test cases/scripts,
test case automation and test execution. Testing may include application,
network, system and user acceptance testing. Good knowledge of information
systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to
business functions/processes.
• Strong in software testing and quality assurance (3 - 4 years experience)
• Strong Communication skills and capable of completing work with minimal
supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, deadline-driven
environment
• Demonstrated experience using Quality Center for test management, test
execution, and test reporting activities
• Technical Expertise: Must be Strong in Mainframe, TSO, JCL, File Aid, DB2,
Telon, Easytrieve, QMF,MS Project, Microsoft Office, QualityCenter
• Candidate should have more than 5 years working experience with web
applications, mainframe, client-server, and databases.
• Candidate should have experience in health care systems like Facets,
NASCO, and enrollment.
