Dear partners, We are looking for Testing Specialist - QA specialist is needed for the State of WI . This program is a large/complex (900+ program, 200+ table) DB2/CICS system. Successful candidates will have proven application development experience in creation of Systems Development Life Cycle deliverables including creation of systems test plans, test scenarios, and documenting test results using tools like SPUFI, Changeman, CNTL-M, Visio, and MS Office Suite for a large DB2/CICS/COBOL system, as well as significant IT related knowledge.
Candidates MUST provide samples of the following: Deliverable documentation created by the candidate which demonstrates testing skills (i.e. Test Scenarios, Test Plans/Checklists, Test Matrix, Test Results, etc.), organizational, planning, problem solving and communication skills. First consideration will be given to those candidates that have experience testing child support enforcement systems or large case management, financial or state automated systems (i.e. UI, TANF, Tax), candidates that have performed in a systems testing/QA role for a LARGE (900 programs) COMPLEX, CICS/DB2 mainframe system with MULTIPLE ENVIRONMENTS, and those candidates that have child support enforcement systems experience.
