Ability to understand complex Lotus Notes applications quickly. . Strong experience in developing custom, reusable classes in LotusScript. . Strong analytical and problem solving skills. . High level of expertise in developing and supporting complex, multi-database Lotus Notes client applications. . Moderate experience in usage of Windows API calls from LotusScript. . Experience with system development life cycle, including hands-on experience with writing functional specifications, test scripts, and implementation plans is highly desirable.
