MUST be specialized in FI-CA---high level of skill and knowledge
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP experience with 2+ years experience in configuring
following functionalities of SAP IS-Utilities FI-CA module
- Payments (including Cash Desk, EFT and Returns / Refunds)
- Dunning
- Daily Reconciliation
- Security Deposits
- Account Determination
- Settlement Rules
- Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
- Collection Agencies
- Postings and documents
- Deferrals/installment plans
- Transfer to general ledger (FI integration) and other SAP components
- Good understanding of FI-CA integration with other modules of IS-U
Billing, Device Management (DM) and Customer Service (CS) and the CIC
- Data Archiving of FI-CA objects
*Nice to have, but not mandatory: *
- Technical expertise on developing functionalities related to FI-CA
- Experience in IS-U on ECC6.0
- FI-CA integration with CRM Web Client 5.0 or higher
